Strategic Skincare Office Basics
Appointments are scheduled through Timberhill Athletic Club's front desk. New clients, please arrive several minutes early to fill out my intake form. You may also download it here. If you have any questions prior to scheduling, please contact me.
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrival will decrease the time available for your service.
I request 24 hours advance notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, cancellation charges may apply. I do understand that your emergency may not present itself 24 hours in advance, but I appreciate your consideration in providing as much notice as possible.
Children are not allowed into the treatment room with you. Child care is available at Timberhill Athletic Club while you are receiving services. Thank you.
Please silence or phone or set it to vibrate. Your esthetician dislikes being startled while working and the ringing may disturb nearby massage clients.
Purchases: Please purchase my products directly from me rather than through the Timberhill Athletic Club system. I accept cash, checks and all credit cards. Thank you.
Returns: If a skincare product purchased from me causes an adverse reaction, it may be returned within 14 days for credit. Please contact me immediately at the first sign of any reaction. Whenever possible, I'll suggest that you sample a product for several days prior to purchasing.
